My goal is for every customer to be totally happy and comfortable with their new goats from Rowanwood Farm.
  • I will help every new customer with their selection for purchase.
  • I will offer as much future support and guidance as I possibly can.
  • If I am unable to assist you.I will try to direct you to where to find help.

1. I require a deposit of half the value of the animal for a reservation with payment due in full within ten days notice of availability for pickup. Orders are on a first come first serve basis.
2. If your first choice is not  born or unavailable and you do not want to transfer your deposit to another selection, I will refund your deposit in full. There is no refund on cancelled orders.
3. I reserve the right to retain any of my animals for replacement for my herd without prior notification at any time.
4. The purchaser is responsible for paying the full cost of testing, health certificates, and shipping costs.
5. All my animals leave here healthy to the best of my knowledge and experience. If there are any known defects it will be disclosed to purchaser in advance and the animal will be sold as pet quality only.
6. I cannot be held responsible for any health issues that may arise once an animal leaves due to the fact that are no longer in my care. However if some health condition arises I will need a letter from a Veterinarian stating that the condition was pre-existing.
7. I cannot guarantee height, as growth spurts can happen up to three years of age and each animal is a unique living creature. All my animals are within the legal height restrictions according to the breed standard.
8. The animals will be expected to leave at eight weeks of age unless a prior arrangement is mutually agreed upon. If an animal is left beyond the mutually agreed upon time of pickup a boarding fee of $5.00 per day for up to fifteen days will be charged. After which said animal will be considered abandoned and will be resold and there will be no refunds.
9. The animals may be bottle raised by the purchaser if they decide to do so.
10. No animal will be sold alone unless the purchaser has companion animals because I believe that it would be cruel for them to live alone, as goats by nature are herd animals.
11. I prefer the animals to be picked up at Rowanwood Farm, but shipping from Bradley international Airport may be possible.
